If booking well in advance a 30% deposit at the time of booking is required, this must accompany the booking form.

All prices are in Euros. We can accept pounds Sterling , please ask for the equivalent price.

We welcome you from 5.00pm
Breakfast from 8.00am until 9.30am (unless pre arranged the night before)

Changeover day: Saturday in Peak and High Season, otherwise optional by prior arrangement with the owner. Prices are per week including water and electricity.
٭During low season electricity usage will be charged at €0.15 /kWh

€200.00 cash deposit is payable on arrival which will be returned if the apartment is left in a clean and undamaged condition. All damage will be charged for. The flat must be left in a clean condition otherwise a €60.00 cleaning charge will be levied.

The rental price includes tea towels, pillows, and blankets but does not include towels or bed linen. One set of freshly laundered bed linen comprising of one top sheet, one bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases ( 65-cm x 65-cm ), for a double bed can be provided at an extra cost of €12 per bed/week.
